一、用途 purpose
該產(chǎn)品是我公司與清華大學(xué)大學(xué)聯(lián)合開發(fā)的新型節(jié)能、高效離心泵產(chǎn)品。適用于輸送工作溫度-20℃~120℃，流量≤3600m3/h,揚(yáng)程≤125m不含固體顆粒、有腐蝕性粘度、類似于水的液體介質(zhì)，廣泛運(yùn)用于化工、石油、冶金、電力、造紙、食品、制藥和合成纖維等行業(yè)。
This product is a new energy-saving, high efficiency centrifugal pump jointly developedwith Tsinghua University. It is suitable for transporting liquid medium with operating temperature 20°~ 100 °C, flow rate ≤ 3600m3 / h, pumping head ≤125m, no solid particles, corrosive and similar to water. They are widely used in chemical, fossil oil, metallurgy, power, paper making, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber industries.
二、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) Features
1、SZ系列化工離心泵為后開門式結(jié)構(gòu)，方便檢修和維護(hù)，效率高、工作性能穩(wěn)定可靠。
The SZ type chemical centrifugal pump is designed with a back opening door. It is convenient to check and maintain, high efficient, and can run stably and reliably.
2、采用*的水力設(shè)計(jì)，效率高能耗低。
Designed and manufactured with advanced hydraulic model, the pumpefficient is high and with low power consumption.
3、泵軸為不銹鋼材料制造，并進(jìn)行調(diào)質(zhì)處理，選用高精度進(jìn)口軸承。
The shaft pump is made of stainless steel and controlled with temperature treatment. It is equipped with high-precision imported bearings.
4、泵的鑄造件均采用精密鑄造，確保流道內(nèi)部光潔度提高輸送效率；泵殼、葉輪、泵軸、懸架、泵蓋等關(guān)鍵部位均采用數(shù)控加工確保加工精度，并葉輪做動平衡檢測，確保泵穩(wěn)定可靠運(yùn)行。
The casting partsaremade by precision casting to ensure the smoothness inside the flow passage and improve the efficiency of slurry transportation; Some key parts, pump shell, impeller, shaft, suspension, pump cover, is made with CNC machiningand tested for dynamic balance to ensure that the pump can run stably and reliably.
5、泵的密封方式多樣，可根據(jù)不同的工藝部位選擇使用：單端面機(jī)械密封、雙端面機(jī)械密封、集裝式機(jī)械密封、填料密封。
The pump seal is diverse and can be selected according to the different parts: single mechanical seal, cartridge mechanical seal, packing seal.
6、根據(jù)不同的工況，可選用相應(yīng)的過流部件材質(zhì)： 304、316、316L、雙相耐磨不銹鋼、超耐磨不銹鋼。以達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)選材、實(shí)用可靠的目的。
According to different work conditions, choose the corresponding flow parts materials, such as HT250, QT500, 304,316，316L, duplex wear-resisting stainless steel, ultra-durable stainless steel, which can achieve the economic selection, reliable and practical purpose.
7、泵與電機(jī)采用H型彈性聯(lián)軸器或膜片聯(lián)軸器直聯(lián)傳動，傳動可靠，拆卸、維護(hù)方便。
H-type flexible coupling or diaphragm coupling are adapted to combine the pump and motor with the characteristics: reliable transmission, convenient dismounting and easy maintenance.
8、系列化產(chǎn)品通用性強(qiáng)，模塊化設(shè)計(jì)備件規(guī)格少，減少了客戶的庫存量。
