工作原理：
一、開啟過程
1在關(guān)閉位置，球體受閥桿的機(jī)械施壓作用，緊壓在閥座上。
2當(dāng)逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪時(shí)，閥桿則反向運(yùn)動(dòng)，其底部角形平面使球體脫開閥座。
3閥桿繼續(xù)提升，并與閥桿螺旋槽內(nèi)的導(dǎo)銷相互作用，使球體開始無摩擦地旋轉(zhuǎn)。
4直至到全開位置，閥桿提升到極限位置，球體旋轉(zhuǎn)到全開位置。
二、關(guān)閉過程
1關(guān)閉時(shí)，順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪，閥桿開始下降并使球體離開閥座開始旋轉(zhuǎn)。
2繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪，閥桿受到嵌于其上螺旋槽內(nèi)的導(dǎo)銷的作用，使閥桿和球體同時(shí)旋轉(zhuǎn)90°。
3 快要關(guān)閉時(shí)，球體已在與閥座無接觸的情況下旋轉(zhuǎn)了90°。
4手輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)后幾圈，閥桿底部的角形平面機(jī)械地楔向壓迫球體，使其緊密地壓在閥座上，達(dá)到*密封。

如何安裝？
（1）取掉法蘭端兩邊的保護(hù)蓋，在閥*打開的狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行沖洗清潔。
（2）安裝前應(yīng)按規(guī)定的信號(hào)（電或氣）進(jìn)行整機(jī)測(cè)試（防止因運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)影響使用性能），合格后方可上線安裝（接線按電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)線路圖）。
（3）準(zhǔn)備與管道連接前，須沖洗和清除干凈管道中殘存的雜質(zhì)（這些物質(zhì)可能會(huì)損壞閥座和球）。
（4）在安裝期間，請(qǐng)不要用閥的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)部分作為起重的吊裝點(diǎn)，以避免損壞執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)及附件。
（5）本類閥應(yīng)安裝在管道的水平方向或垂直方向。
