一、概述Introduction
輕型直線振動篩是利用兩臺振動電機為激震源，反向轉(zhuǎn)動時產(chǎn)生的激振力，通過傳振體傳遞到輕型直線振動篩整個篩面上，從而使篩面上的物料向出料口方向跳躍運動。小于篩孔的物料通過篩網(wǎng)落到下層，經(jīng)連續(xù)跳躍后從出料口流出，卡在篩網(wǎng)上的物料由橡膠球彈出，由于篩分過程合理，可同時取得幾種不同規(guī)格的物料。可配單篩或多篩，實現(xiàn)分級，去除雜質(zhì)，除塵，檢測，洗選，脫水等。
The light linear vibrating screen uses two vibrating motors as the shock source, and the exciting force generated in the reverse rotation is transmitted to the entire screen surface of the light linear vibrating screen through the vibration transmitting body, so that the material on the screen surface is directed to the discharging port, direction jump movement. The material stuck on the screen is ejected by the rubber ball. Since the screening process is reasonable, several materials of different specifications can be obtained at the same time. 二、應用范圍Applied field
DZSF系列輕型直線振動篩主要適用于，塊狀、顆粒狀、粉狀物料的篩分。如磨料、建材、醫(yī)藥、化工、冶金、樹脂粉、陶瓷原料等，可根據(jù)客戶需要，現(xiàn)場尺寸要求，進行設(shè)計制作。
