● X, Y軸采用55mm導(dǎo)軌設(shè)計(jì)，Z軸采用矩形軌設(shè)計(jì)。以提高機(jī)床剛性。
● Z軸雙油缸配重設(shè)計(jì)，以減小主軸箱慣性，提高響應(yīng)速度，以實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度加工。
● 三軸絲桿預(yù)拉伸，以減小熱延伸，提高機(jī)床精度。
● 主軸采用BT40和BT50設(shè)計(jì)，為客戶(hù)提供多種模式選擇。
● 主軸提供皮帶主軸，直連主軸。ZF齒輪傳動(dòng)和全齒輪傳動(dòng)增加主軸扭矩。
● 主結(jié)構(gòu)件經(jīng)過(guò)有限元分析設(shè)計(jì)，展現(xiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性與精度。
● X,Y axis adopts 55mm rail design, Z axis adopts rectangular rail design. To improve the rigidity of the machine tool.
● The Z-axis dual-cylinder counterweight design reduces the inertia of the spindle box and improves the response speed to achieve high-precision machining.
● The three-axis screw rod is pre-stretched to reduce thermal extension and improve the accuracy of the machine tool.
● The spindle adopts BT40 and BT50 design, providing customers with multiple model options.
● The main shaft provides a belt main shaft, which is directly connected to the main shaft. ZF gear drive and full gear drive increase main shaft torque.
