本機適用于粉料生產(chǎn)。該機破碎、過篩二道工序同在一個密封的機體內(nèi)完成,篩網(wǎng)面積特大,物料溫度低,無粉塵污染,物料收得率高,機器噪音低,清洗方便。各類醫(yī)藥粒料,化工原料,糧食、豆類、食品的破碎篩理均可完成。尤為是原粉料結(jié)塊后需重新粉碎的物料,受溫較低的物料及容易結(jié)塊物料的粉碎和篩選的*選擇設(shè)備之一。

It is a new type sieving machine, suitable for pulverizing and sieving processing for medicines chemical materials, plastics, rubbers, cereals, foods, fodder additives and tea leaves, etc. It is an excellent equipment for powder processing.

本機是用機械傳動方法,在篩框內(nèi)裝有高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子,轉(zhuǎn)子上裝有三排風(fēng)葉式翅打板,通過偏心主軸的作用,產(chǎn)生震動,吹風(fēng),并對進入框體的物料進行擊碎作用,隨后進行碎理。由于震動和風(fēng)壓作用,篩孔無堵塞現(xiàn)象。該機有粗料異物分離之功能,可使加工的產(chǎn)品純潔,對各行業(yè)粉體精加工極為有利
Function characteristics:
The principle of the machine is that the materials are pulverized, shaked, blowed and sieved in the ma-chine. The whole process is completed in the same seal cylinder without dirt pollution. The machine has high material recovery ratio and little noise, it is easy to purify the products. Whole cylinder is made of stainless steel.
