LDY型電動(dòng)單梁起重機(jī)

LDY型電動(dòng)單粱起重機(jī)依據(jù)JB／T1306-2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局[2007]375號(hào)文的相關(guān)要求所設(shè)計(jì)制造，適用于小型鑄造車間吊運(yùn)融熔金屬和搬運(yùn)物料及臺(tái)模使用。
本系列產(chǎn)品起重量為1～10t，跨度為7.5～31.5m，工作級(jí)別為A6級(jí)。

主要特點(diǎn)：

1.本系列產(chǎn)品主、端梁結(jié)構(gòu)采用LDA型電動(dòng)單粱起重機(jī)箱型主梁及端梁結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
2.起升機(jī)構(gòu)匹配單速或雙速升降的冶金專用鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆。其特點(diǎn)是升降具有雙制動(dòng)、雙限位和超載保護(hù)功能，起升機(jī)構(gòu)工作級(jí)別不小于M6級(jí)。
3.大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)采用具有緩起、制動(dòng)功能的電動(dòng)機(jī)。操縱本產(chǎn)品要求遠(yuǎn)離熱輻射源，一般采用遙控操縱，如果采用地面手把按鈕操縱，手把按鈕要設(shè)置單獨(dú)滑道。

LDY electric single-girder crane, complying with JB/T1306-2008 standards and relevant requirements of the AQSIQ[2007]375．can be used to hoist and convey molten metal and assemble modules in small-scale foundries.

Main Features：
1.The main girder and end carriage’s frames refer to those of LDA crane.
2.Hoisting mechanism, mainly used for casting,matches with electric wire rope hoist with single-speed or two-speed. The hoist is characterized with dual brakes, double Iimiters of displacement and overload protection and its cassification group is not less than M6.
3.The travelling mechanism adopts motors with soft-start and braking function.
4.The manipulation of this crane is required to stay away from thermal-radiated sources. It is generally manipulated by remote control or cab"s，if ground button control is required, a separate slide should be added.
