鍋爐特性描述:
■ 頂吹式鍋爐避免了過去傳統(tǒng)燃燒器側(cè)吹式使火焰不能展開、直接沖刷對(duì)面爐膽和鍋殼構(gòu)成的水套空間，容易引起結(jié)垢和局部過熱損壞等缺點(diǎn)，將燃燒器設(shè)置在鍋爐頂部，火焰自頂部向下并展開、火焰流程長(zhǎng)燃燒充分。
■ 頂吹式鍋爐在燃燒器周圍增加了水套裝置，既可以冷卻燃燒器的火管，又可以對(duì)鍋爐補(bǔ)水進(jìn)行預(yù)熱。燃燒器水冷套是可拆卸的，給檢修帶來(lái)極大方便。
■ 立式煙管式結(jié)構(gòu)，煙氣三回程，燃燒器頂置，爐膽波形狀（或直爐膽）增設(shè)擾流片，增強(qiáng)換熱效果。
■ 水容量大 ,熱效率高,產(chǎn)汽快,蒸汽充足,使用壽命長(zhǎng),設(shè)有可開啟的煙箱和清掃門,便于清掃;配置優(yōu)質(zhì)燃燒器和增壓給水泵,燃燒充分,給水及時(shí),噪音低。
■ 選配具有自診功能的電腦控制器，運(yùn)行異常時(shí)自動(dòng)停機(jī)并聲光報(bào)警，指明故障代碼，檢修方便。
■ 保護(hù)裝置完備，燃燒機(jī)可設(shè)置高溫后吹掃裝置，安全可靠。裝配優(yōu)質(zhì)安全閥、壓力調(diào)節(jié)器、低水位及過熱保護(hù)等多重保護(hù)裝置，確保鍋爐安全運(yùn)行。
■ 結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小，造型優(yōu)雅，色澤明快。
Boiler explanation
※ The upper blown boilers avoid the defections of damage from scaling and part overheating of traditional side blown burners, which will cause it impossible for the flame to completely spread, and cause the flame directly burn the water bａnd on the opposite side formed with boiler forge and boiler hull. By installing the burner on the top of boilers, the flame will extend completely downwards with the merits of long flame and complete combustion.
※ Water bands are added around the burner of the upper blown boilers, which will not only cool the fire tube of burners, but also preheat the makeup water of boilers. As the water-cooled bａnd of burners can be dismantled, it is extremely convenient to maintain the boilers.
※ With vertical-type tubular structure, three strokes for smoke, top arrangement for burners, undulated (or straight) boiler forge, and buffet plate, the efficiency of heat exchange is enhanced.
